摘要
常用数控车床液压卡盘换产调整慢、效率低,已不能满足快速换产的要求。为提高生产效率,实现数控车床的快速换产,以现有数控车床使用的液压卡盘为基础,设计了一种新的快换三爪结构。该快换三爪明显提高了调整速度,具有一定的先进性。文中给出了设计的三维结构和使用照片。
General Nc lathe hydraulic chuck exchange of die is slow and inefficient, which can't meet the requirement of fast in production. In order to improve the production efficiency, and now Nc lathe hydraulic chuck as the foundalion, there is the design of a new type three quick change claw mechanism. It obviously improved the production efficiency, has certain advancement. This paper presents the design of the three dimensional structures and photos.
