Identification of Stellaria dichotoma with four fakes

对银柴胡 (野生与栽培品 )与四种山银柴胡欧丝石竹、旱麦瓶草、满天星、灯心蚤缀进行了紫外光谱的比较鉴别 ,并用双波长薄层扫描法对其甾醇含量进行了分析。结果表明 5种银柴胡紫外光谱不同 。

To distinguish Stellaria dichotoma with four fakes, Gypsophila oldhamiana Miq., Silene jenisseensia willd., Gypsophila paniculata, Arenaria juncea Bieb.. We compared their UV spectra and TLC grams, and determined the contents of α spinasterol and stigmast 7 enol in five plants by two wavelength TLC scanning. The results showed the chromatograms of Stellaria dichotoma were different from four fakes, and stigmasterol content in Stellaria dichotoma was much higher than in four fakes.
