摘要
本文对由镰刀菌毒素引起的耕牛烂蹄病病因学研究作了历史回顾和研究进展综述,提出了目前尚待继续探讨和解决的问题。
The strains of Fusarium species occur universally in the nature. Theyinvade field plants and grains, produce mycotoxins, which are one of thefirst research items ranked by FAO and WHO in the early 1970's, and damagethe health and life activities of human and domestic animals. The studieson the occurring and developing of 'Rot Foot Disease' in cattle have provedthat the etiologic agent is butenolide (4--acetamido--4--hydrixy--2--buten-oicacid--r--lactone),which is one of the mycotoxins produced by Fusariumspecies. The etiology of this disease is very unclear as yet and to be furtherinvestigated.
