眼轮匝肌缝合眶隔法治疗老年性下睑内翻

Suturing Orbicularis Oculi to the Septum Orbitale for Treating Senile Inferior Entropion

目的:探讨一种简单、安全、效果可靠的矫正老年性下睑内翻的手术方法。方法:根据老年性下睑内翻病因设计手术,采取将下睑轮匝肌套环缝线后,向下牵拉缝合在眶隔上,并且依据内翻不同程度调整套环缝线的数量、缝合在眶隔的深度及缝线的松紧度,以达到治愈目的。结果:运用此方法对139例183只眼进行了手术,经6-36月的随访效果良好。结论:睑轮匝肌下拉缝合眶隔治疗老年性下睑内翻方法与其它常用术式比较,具有简单、易行、安全、可靠、效果稳定等优点。对应用其它术式矫正后复发的患者也可采用此方法进行再矫正。

Objective:To explore a simple,safe and available surgical method for correcting senile inferior entropion. Methods: After the orbicularis oculi were ringing sutured,drawn downward and sutured it to the septum orbitale. The number of ringing su-tures, the suture depth and the degree of suture tightening were controlled depending on the different degree of entropion. Results:The 183 eyes of 139 cases were treated with this surgical method, the favorable results were obtained by 6~ 36 months following-up. Conclusion: In comparison with other surgical methods, this surgical method was more simple, easy, safe and reliable, which was available for these recurrence cases treated by other correcting surgery.
