摘要 目的:探讨微生物纤维(microberfiber,MB)、甲硝唑(FLA)的止血、封闭创口、消炎及促进肉芽组织生长的作用。方法:选用成年雄性兔60只,分为对照组与实验组。将两组再各分为5个亚组,每组在1、2、4、8、12周分别处死家兔6只。包括拔上下牙各3只,取其牙骨块送病理。结果:实验组牙窝愈合程度明显优于对照组。而对照组的牙窝有大量食物残留。光镜下可见大量的炎细胞浸润,成骨现象不如实验组。结论:MB-FLA具有明显的止血、消炎促进成纤维细胞及成骨细胞生长作用,有利于伤口的早期愈合,减少术后并发症的发生。MB-FLA是一种理想的拔牙创内的填充物。 Objective:The effects of microbefiber-Flagyl(MB-Flagyl)on the healing process after tooth extraction were investigated in 60 rabbits by pathological examination. Methods: Anterior teeth of rabbits were extracted under anesthesia. The tooth ex-traction sockets were filled with MB-Flagyl, and the results were compared to those whose tooth extraction sockets were pressed. Results:The results showed that wounds treated with MB-Flagyl healed faster,and new bone formation was evident 14 days after extraction. This difference was significant at complete wound closure. Conclusion: The results indicate that MB-Flagyl can stop bleeding, reduce inflammation and stimulate fibroblast and osteoblast proliferation during the wound healing after tooth extraction.
