摘要
山秀水电站施工中,对混凝土运输入仓方式、设备的选择及合理布置进行了精心设计,采取桁车式布料皮带机混凝土运输系统进行混凝土运输入仓,系统由供料皮带机、给料皮带机、桁车式布料皮带机组成。系统运输能力可达到最高台班产量700 m3,具有卸料高差小,布料无死角,入仓能力大,成本低,不受洪水影响等优点。该混凝土运输系统基本上承担工程全部混凝土运输入仓,取得了很好效益和效果。
The conveying mode and equipment selection for concrete pouring system are reasonably arranged and well designed during the construction of Shanxiu hydropower station. A truss-type belt feeder, which is composed of supplying system, feeding system and distributing system, is provided for concrete conveying and pouring sys- tem. The system has a maximum capacity of 700m3 for one-shift, which is not affected by flood; and it has sever- al advantages such as small unloading height difference, no blind feeding comer, great pouring capacity and low cost etc. The system basically undertakes all concrete conveying and pouring works, which gets very good eco- nomic benefit.
