摘要
为了解决新疆特克斯河中游河段山洪沟暴雨洪水计算问题,确定排洪建筑物的规模,利用该地区水文站实测数据对山洪沟设计洪水计算中的重要参数暴雨递减指数进行推算,并用不同的暴雨递减指数计算洪峰流量,其结果对比表明,暴雨递减指数的变动对小流域设计洪水计算结果影响较大。因而在计算山洪沟设计洪峰流量时,若本地有实测降雨资料,建议尽量用本地实测的雨量数据推算暴雨递减指数,这样不仅保证计算结果的可靠性,而且确保工程的安全性及经济性。
To calculate storm decline index based on the measured hydrologic data so as to calculate the storm flood of torrent ditch in middle reach of Tekes River and determine the scale of flood releasing structure. Besides, different storm decline indexes are adopted for calculating peak flow; the calculation results show that the varia- tions of storm decline indexes greatly affect the design flood results in small basins. Therefore, during the calcu- lation of designed peak flow, it is suggested to calculate the storm decline index by using of measured rainfall da- ta of local area if any, so as to guarantee not only the reliability of calculation results but also the safety and e- conomy of the project.
