广东珠三角地区天然气调峰电源建设模式分析

Analysis on Construction Mode for Peak-Regulation Natural Gas Power Plant in Guangdong Pearl River Delta Region

广东珠三角地区电力需求、调峰需求旺盛,受制于环境容量、土地资源等影响因素,区内常规火电建设受限,作为天然气电源,具有建设周期短、易深入负荷中心、节能环保效益明显等优点,是珠三角区域内理想的电源建设类型。笔者分析了广东珠三角地区建设天然气调峰电源的必要性,同时针对区域内资源、环境等特点,对珠三角地区天然气调峰电源的建设模式进行了分析,提出了"厂站合一"的推荐模式,并给出了相关建议。

With the rapid economy expansion and urbanization, the power load demand increases rapidly in Guangdong Pearl River Delta Region, however, the conventional thermal power plants are restricted by the envi- ronmental capacity, land resources and other factors. Under the circumstance, the natural gas power plant is an ideal solution for Pearl River Delta Region due to its short construction period, its location and its energy con- servation and environmental protection benefit. The paper makes an analysis on the constlnlction necessity and mode of natural gas power plant and also gi.ves some advices for the recommended mode of ＂integrated structure of power plant and substation＂ based on the unique source and environment of this region.
