水电集控运行是国外成熟的模式,国内近年来也在积极探索,并积累了一定的设计、建设和运行经验,文章就集控建设过程中遇到的有关问题进行探讨,一己之见,以期抛砖引玉。

Centralized control operation mode for hydropower station has already matured in foreign countries,which has been brought into domestic projects in recent years and accumulated many experiences on design, con- struction and operation. The paper put forwards the author＇s comments and makes a discussion on problems en- countered during the construction of centralized control.
