Application of New-type Filter in Longtan Hydropower Station

龙滩水电站机组技术供水系统过滤器初期发电时,由于水质较差,经常发生滤网堵塞。存在其滤筒内部的刮板经常失效,杂物大部分容易缠绕在旋转臂上,而且缠的很紧,清污时根本反冲不掉。经过多次的技术比较和论证,我们选择了进口全自动自清洗过滤器,该新型过滤器最显著的特点就是完全靠水力驱动,控制装置简单可靠。经过长时间的实际运行,有效地解决了现场存在的问题,提高了设备的自动化水平。该产品的成功应用,对同类型电厂过滤器的自动化改造和国内产品设计及制造部门可起到借鉴作用。

During initial power generation period of Longtan hydropower station, the filter for technical water sup- ply system often been blocked due to poor water quality. The internal blade inside filter cylinder often fails to work because the rotating arm is difficult to be cleaned during backwashing due to debris tightly winding around it. Through many technical comparisons and demonstrations, an imported automatic self-cleaning filter is selected because it has an entire hydraulic drive and a simple and reliable control device. The long-term operation prac- tice proves that the new-type filter can effectively solve the problems on site and improve the automation level of equipment. The success of the new-type filter can be well referenced by the automation innovation of filter in similar power stations and by domestic filter designer and manufacturer.
