Innovation of GIS System for Power Distribution in Guilin City

桂林城市配电GIS系统升级建设以地理信息图为平台,建立了一个与配网基础数据同步更新并及时传递的信息管理及共享平台,为配网的生产管理、设备管理提供了一个健全的基础数据平台。该系统现已进入实用化运行阶段,在升级建设过程中解决了原桂林城市配电GIS系统与广西电网公司推广的配电GIS系统不兼容情况,扩大了地理图至桂林市区及所辖12县,同时增加了多项实用的功能。经过系统平台构建、数据工程、功能扩展、流程优化等几个阶段的升级改造建设,系统在兼容性、易用性、灵活性、功能性等方面得到了极大的提高,满足了日益发展的桂林电网的运行维护需要。

The innovation of distribution GIS system in Guilin City is performed based on geographic information graphics, it establishes an information management and sharing platform which synchronously updates and timely delivery the basis data with distribution network; and it provides a sound basis data platform for distribution net- work＇s production management and equipment management. The innovated system has already been put into op- eration. The system is compatible with Guangxi Power Grid Corp＇s system, which expands its geographic scope to urban area and twelve suburban counties of Guilin City and increases numbers of useful functions. The sys- tem＇s compatibility, usability, flexibility and functionality are greatly improved after building of system plat- form, data management, function expanding and solution optimizing etc., which satisfies the requirements on operation and maintenance of the growing Guilin power grid.
