摘要 通过对N^+离子注入棉子后M_1代植株第二真叶过氧化物酶同功酶酶谱的分析,探讨了酶谱变异与离子注入量及农艺性状损伤的关系。结果表明:N^+离子注入引起酶带数目和活性的明显变化,共出现12种类型的谱带,最多可见5条,最少为1条,并且在阴极显示一条3A弱带,此带在4×10^(16)N^+/cm^2注入量中出现的频率最高。1A和2A带消失的频率与离子注入量呈正相关。具有3A带植株的苗高,第一真叶宽,第一真叶叶面积,铃数和茎粗均显著的高于无3A带的植株。酶谱变化频率的高低在一定程度上反映了离子注入量和性状损伤程度的大小。 By analysing peroxidase isozyme in second true leaf of M_1 plantsafter N^+ ion implantation into dry cotton seed, the relation of variationof peroxidase isozyme with doses of N^+ ion implantation and damages ofagronomic traits was studied. The results showed that there were distinctchanges in the activity and the numbers of peroxidase isozyme in secondtrue leaf of M_1 plants. In the experiment, 12 zymogram patterns wereobserved. A new 3A band was observed in negative pole and frequency of3A band showed in plants induced by 4×10^(16)N^+/cm^2 dose was the highestin second true leaf treated by 4 doses. The frequencies of 1A and 2A bands disappearing were positivelycorrelated with N^+ ion implantation dose. Seedling height during secondtrue leaf, width of first true leaf, leaf area of first true leaf, boll numberper plant and stem thickness of plants with 3A band were higher thanthose of plants without 3A band. The numbers of isozyme bands weresignficiantly positively correlated with bolls per plant, number of boll-bearing branches and stem thickness. Frequency of zymogram change revealedN^+ ion implantation doses and damaging degree of agronomic traits to acertain extent.
