基于库兹涅茨法则的优化东北三省就业结构研究

Research on the Optimization of the Employment Structure of Northeastern Provinces Based on Kuznets Law

库兹涅茨法则是对就业结构和产业结构相互作用关系的研究,对现实经济发展具有重要指导作用。本文通过库兹涅茨法则分析东北三省就业结构与产业结构的协调关系,即产业结构调整对就业结构的影响,从中发现运行规律,进而优化东北三省就业结构,为东北三省就业结构合理化提出对策与建议。

Kuznets law is concerned with the mutual relationship between employment structure and industrial structure,which plays an important role in guiding economic development.The article analyzes the harmonious relationship between the employment structure and the industrial structure of northeastern provinces via the Kuznets law,namely the influence on the employment structure brought by the adjustment of the industrial structure.Thereby the article explores the operation law for the purpose of optimizing the employment structure of northeastern provinces,providing countermeasures and suggestions to rationalize the employment structure of northeastern province.
