摘要
天然染料相比其他染料因具有更好的生物降解性和较高的环境相容性而成为染料的首选。简述了一种名为卡苏拉花植物染料对羊毛织物进行染色后,织物各种物理参数变化的情况。分别使用三种媒染剂,铬酸盐和硫酸盐铁的浓度为2%、4%和6%,硫酸铝钾的浓度为5%、10%和15%,分别对未经处理的羊毛织物样本和九个使用过媒染剂的羊毛织物样本进行染色,对染色样本的光泽度、质感、经纬密度、面密度、厚度、断裂强力和伸长率等物理参数的变化进行试验。试验结果表明,使用以上三种媒染剂后,织物的厚度和经纬密度增加。样本在增强断裂强力的同时也产生了伸长率的变化。使用浓度为6%的铬酸盐媒染剂能增强织物的光泽度。浓度为10%的硫酸铝钾媒染剂能提升织物的质感。
Natural dyes appear to be the ideal choice. The reason is better biodegradability and higher compatibility with environment of natural dyes.This paper has reported the results of optimizing the effect of kesula flower on physical parameters of woolen fabric.Three mordant concentration were selected for each mordant.In case of chrome and Ferrous sulphate 2%,4%,6%and for alum 5%,10%and 15%were selected. Dyeing was carried out with one sample of scoured woolen fabric sample and nine premordanted samples of woolen fabric.The dyed samples were assessed to see the effect of dye on various physical parameters in term of luster, texture,fabric count, fabric weight, fabric thickness,breaking strength and elongation of the fabric.The study has revealed that almost every sample increased in their weight,thickness and in thread count in both warp and weft direction using three different mordants at three different concentration.It was also observed that except few samples all the sample had increased in their tensile strength.6%concentration of chrome sample was ranked good in terms of luster and alum 10%sample was ranked good in terms of texture.
