锌、RF、抗-CCP抗体、CRP与RA骨质疏松、关节功能障碍的关系 被引量:3

Relationship between zinc,RF,Anti CCP,CRP and osteoporosis and joint dysfunction in rheumatoid arthritis(RA)

摘要 目的探讨血清锌离子、类风湿因子(RF)、抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体(抗-CCP抗体)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)与RA骨质疏松、关节功能障碍的关系。方法分析收治的108例RA患者的临床表现及X线分期。以酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定其抗-CCP抗体水平,乳胶凝集法测定类风湿因子(RF),免疫荧光法测定CRP,化学法检测血清锌离子浓度。结果 RF、抗-CCP抗体与锌离子浓度无关(P>0.05),CRP、骨质疏松、关节功能障碍与锌离子浓度有关(P<0.05或0.01)。RF、抗-CCP抗体、CRP与骨质疏松无关(P>0.05)。结论类风湿因子阳性、抗-CCP抗体阳性、CRP升高与RA患者骨关节破坏关系不大;锌离子浓度低下与类风湿关节炎活动、类风湿关节炎骨质疏松、关节功能障碍有关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum zinc ions,rheumatoid factor (RF),anticy- clic citrullinated peptide antibody(Anti CCP), c reactive protein(CRP) and osteoporosis and joint dysfunction in rheu- matoid arthritis(RA). Methods The clinical manifestation and X-ray features of 108 cases with RA were analysed. Their Anti CCP level was detected by ELISA,RF by latex agglutination,CRP by immunofluorescence,and zinc ions by chemical method. Results RF and anti CCP had nothing to do with zinc ion concentration( P 〉0.05), while CRP, os- teoporosis and joint dysfunction were related to zinc ion concentration( P 〈0. 05 or 0.01). Besides, RF, Anti CCP, and CRP had no relevance with osteoporosis( P〉0.05). Conclusion Positive RF,positive Anti CCP,and the rise of CRP have little relevance with joint damage, while low zinc ion concentration is related to RA activities,RA osteopo- rosis, and joint dysfunction.
