摘要
本文分析了N^+离子注入棉子后,其胚芽细胞和当代植株花粉母细胞的细胞学效应。初步结果显示:在4×10^(16)N^+/cm^2剂量以下,离子注入对胚芽细胞的分裂无明显的抑制作用。而处理后的胚芽组织的核异常细胞率、微核细胞率和染色体畸变率均显著高于对照,且与离子注入剂量呈正相关。花粉母细胞的减数分裂也出现多种异常现象。
After implantation of N^+ ion with 30kev/amu into cotton seed, the cytolo-gical effects on plumule cells and pollen mother cells in M_1 were analysed.Preliminary results showed that plumule cells division were not suppresseddistinctly under the dose for 4×10^(16) N^+/cm^2. The frequencies of cellswith abnormal nuclei (such as nuclear budding, nuclear aberration), micr-onuclear cells (such as single micronucleus, double micronuclei and mangmicronuclei) and chromosomal aberration (such as micronuclei, bridges,fragments and free chromosomes) in plumule treated with N^+ ion were sig-nficiantly higher than those in plumule of CK, and the distinct positivecorrelations among the 3 kinds of aberration frequenies and ion implanta-tion dose were discovered. Many aberration types of meiosis (such as freechromosomes, bridges, micronuclei, 2--8 nucleoli and 2n=24Ⅱ+1Ⅳ,etc.)werefound out.
