摘要
在重离子研究装置(HIRFL)上采用46.6MeV/amuC^(6+)离子对四种不同作物种子进行遗传学效应研究,结果表明:重离子对种子的萌发能力和生长发育均有明显的抑制作用,根尖细胞中出现的染色体畸变具有多种类型,而且畸变频率均高于对照组,同时还观察到四种作物之间辐射敏感性的差异。本文还讨论了中能重离子(10—100MeV/amu)在诱变育种及其机理研究中的应用前景,介绍了植物样品辐照的装置。
Results of study on the influence of C^(6+) ions with 46. 6 Mev/amu on types and frequencies of chromosomal aberration in radicle cells of 4kinds of plants were presented in the paper. From examination under themicroscope many aberration types, such as micronuclei, minornuclei, bridges,fragments, free chromosomes and ring chromosomes were found. The frequencies ranged from 0.9 to 179.8‰. A significant positive correlation betweenthe aberration frequency and irradiation dose was discovered. The differenceof aberration frequencies among the four kinds of plants and the correlationbetween aberration frequency and germination ability were discussed. Accordingto the results and discussion, it is suggested that heavy ions can be aneffective mutagen for radiation breeding of crops.
