摘要 目的:通过介绍电子鼻技术的概念、基本过程及特点,探讨该技术在中药领域的应用价值与前景,论述建立中药气味指纹图谱所存在的问题。方法:综合介绍利用电子鼻建立中药气味指纹图谱的一般技术步骤;针对不同应用目的,采用不同数据统计方法(PCA、DFA、PLS、BP神经网络等)建立判别模型。结果:电子鼻可区分不同药材粉末,同一药材不同品种、不同产地、不同贮藏时间、不同炮制品及不同炮制规格的配方颗粒,预测药材气味成分的含量。结论:电子鼻技术在中药鉴定的现代研究中有其独特的作用,在药材粉末鉴别及优劣预测、道地药材研究、中药有效期评价、中成药质量控制等领域有重要价值和广阔的应用前景,并对中药鉴定学科的现代化发展起到一定的促进作用。 Electronic nose (EN) is a rapid, simple, sensitive and accurate technology traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). In this paper, several Chinese materia medica for the quality evaluation of (CMM) samples of different species, habitats, storage time, and so on were analyzed by EN. Based on experimental data, specific discrimination model was established according to specific research target using different pattern recognition algorithms in- cluding PCA, DFA, PLS, BP-ANN and so on. It was found that the models were reliable and stable. It was concluded that EN can be applied to effectively extract and analyze the odor traits of CMM. It is a unique and useful tool for research on the identification, quality control and validity evaluation of CMM.
