体检人群中子宫肌瘤患者的脉象图特征研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨体检人群中子宫肌瘤患者脉象的共性特征。方法:采用病例对照研究(1∶1)的方法,运用中医脉象仪采集病例组与对照组的脉搏波,运用t检验、非参数秩和检验、卡方检验、比值比进行统计分析。结果:与非子宫肌瘤组比较,子宫肌瘤组的abc脉形出现率增高,取脉最佳压力、h4、h4/h1均值降低,h5、h5/h1均值增高。结论:脉象仪软件自动判别脉象,显示子宫肌瘤组中弦脉类脉象的出现率占79.28%,但从脉形特征和脉搏波参数来看,子宫肌瘤组的脉位略浮,脉象略滑,外周阻力低于非子宫肌瘤组。提示对脉象仪提供的脉名诊断、脉波图形和脉搏波参数进行综合分析,有助于更全面地获取子宫肌瘤组的共性脉象特征。 This study was aimed to find normal characteristics of hysteromyoma patients' pulse wave. The casecontrol method (1:1) was used in the research about the pulse wave difference between hysteromyoma patients and non-uterine myoma people with data obtained by the pulse manifestation graph of Chinese medicine. T test, non-parametric rank sum test, analysis of variance, chi-square test and odds ratio were used in the statistical analysis. The results showed that comparing to non-uterine myoma people, the incidence of the "ABC" pulse shape increased in hysteromyoma patients. The means of "Best Pressure", h4, h4/h1, rAI and rAP are lower and the means of h5 and h5/h1 were higher in the hysteromyoma patients than non-uterine myoma people. It was concluded that although the pulse manifestation graph's automatic recognition of pulse showed that 79.28% of the hysteromyoma patients had presented with wiry pulse, yet from their pulse characteristics and pulse wave parameters appeared that the pulse position of hysteromyoma patients is superficial, with a rather slippery characteristic,. And their artery compliance is also better than the non-uterine myoma people. This revealed that combining both the comprehensive analysis of pulse analysis factor and pulse wave parameters, is useful in obtaining the normal characteristics of hysteromyoma patients' pulse.
