中国菰米对大鼠动脉粥样硬化形成的影响 被引量:3

EFFECT OF CHINESE WILD RICE ON FORMATION OF ATHEROSCLEROSIS IN RATS

摘要 目的探讨中国菰米对高脂摄入大鼠动脉粥样硬化形成的影响。方法 40只雄性SD大鼠随机分为阴性对照组、菰米组、米面组和动脉硬化模型组;给配方饲料连续喂养12 w,观察大鼠主动脉、肝脏组织的病理变化;检测各组大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-8(IL-8)。结果与阴性对照组相比,模型组和米面组的大鼠主动脉有明显的动脉粥样硬化斑块形成,肝脂肪变性较严重,血清TC、TG显著上升,HDL-C显著降低;与模型组和米面组相比,菰米组的大鼠主动脉无明显斑块,肝脂肪变性程度较轻,TC、TG显著下降,HDL-C显著上升,SOD、GSH-Px、T-AOC、IL-8、TNF-α显著下降。结论中国菰米能降低高脂摄入大鼠的血脂水平,减缓动脉粥样硬化斑块和脂肪肝形成,提高抗氧化的活性及改善动脉粥样硬化的炎性状态。[营养学报,2012,34(6):576-581] Objective To study the effect of Chinese wild rice on atherosclerosis in rats with high fat intake.Method Forty male SD rats were divided in random into negative control group,Chinese wild rice group,white rice-flour group and atherosclerosis model group.All 4 groups were fed different experimental diets for 12 w.The pathological picture of liver and aorta was investigated by cell staining.Total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),TNF-α and IL-8 were detected in serum.Results Compared with negative control group,the pathological lesions were found in liver and aorta of AS model group and white rice-flour diet group.Meanwhile,TG and TC were significantly increased and HDL-C was decreased.HDL-C was higher in Chinese wild rice group while TG,TC,SOD,GSH-Px,T-AOC,IL-8 and TNF-α were lower.Visible plaque in aorta was not found and the accumulation of liver fat was low.Conclusion Chinese wild rice could reduce blood lipid level in rats fed with high fat food and also slow down the formation of fatty liver and atherosclerotic plaque.Chinese wild rice can enhance the antioxidative capacity and prevent atherosclerosis.[ACTA NUTRIMENTA SINICA,2012,34(6):576-581]
