前置胎盘剖宫产术中大出血的救治

Placenta previa cesarean section massive hemorrhage

目的:探讨阴道填塞配伍欣母沛对前置胎盘剖宫产术中大出血疗效的影响。方法:选择前置胎盘剖宫产术中大出血的患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组采用阴道填塞配伍欣母沛救治,对照组采用阴道填塞救治,观察两组患者临床效果。结果:观察组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、止血时间及术后并发症的发生情况与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用阴道填塞配伍欣母沛治疗前置胎盘剖宫产术中大出血具有较好的疗效,其操作简单,止血效果显著,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the compatibility of vaginal packing of hemabate on placenta previa cesarean section hemorrhage curative effect.Methods The placenta previa cesarean section in patients with massive hemorrhage in 60 cases,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group,the observation group was treated with transvaginal tamponade with hemabate treatment,control group using transvaginal tamponade treatment,observe two groups of patients with clinical results.Results The patients in the observation group and the amount of bleeding in operation,operation time,bleeding time and postoperative complications in comparison with the control group and there was significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Using transvaginal tamponade compatibility of hemabate on placenta previa cesarean section hemorrhage has better curative effect,simple operation,hemostatic effect,it is worthy of clinical.
