摘要
本试验研究了在自然越冬过程中,甘蓝型油菜抗寒性的定量测定方法和变化规律.结果表明:油菜叶片组织的电解质透出率与处理温度之间遵循Logistic函数关系,曲线的拐点温度反映不同品种、不同生理状态下的油菜抗寒性,可作为衡量油菜抗寒性的定量指标.甘蓝型冬油菜的抗寒性是需低温诱导的一种遗传特性,受低温诱导后,抗寒潜力逐步得以表达,并表现出抗寒性的季节性变化,这种变化强烈地受到外界低温升降的支配.
In this paper, quantitative measurement for cold hardiness ofwinter rape (B. Napus L. ), the variation of cold hardiness were studied. Rate of electrolyte efflux from tissues of excised leaves treated with seriallow temperatures formed a sigmoid curve which fit in with logistic function.The temperature at turning point of the curve coincided with the approximationof killing temperature (lethal temp. , i. e. LT_(50)) of the tissues, which could pr-ovide a quantitative index of reflecting cold hardiness of winter rape. Cold hardiness of winter raps was a inducible character, it increased grad-ually with the air temperature dropping and decreased with the air temperaturerising. The seasonal variation of cold hardiness of winter rape was discussed.
