摘要
为研究镀铝锌产品的锌花生长机理,从镀液成分和冷却速率方面进行了理论分析和试验研究,结果表明,可通过缩短锌液与镀后冷却风机的距离来确保过冷度及在55%Al-Zn-1.6%Si锌液中添加Re、Ti元素,将锌花尺寸控制在0.1~10.0mm。
Small size spangle control was difficult problem in galvalume production. In this paper, the spangle growth mechanism was studied, and the great tests about adjusting the content of zinc liquid and the cooling rate after pot were carried out . The results showed that the spangle size could be controlled within 0. 1 10.0mm by shortening the distance between pot and cooling wind machine, and adding Re and Ti alloys to the 55 % Al-Zn-1.6 % Si zinc liquid.
