摘要
研究了高强TRIP钢在热轧、热处理等不同阶段的细晶强化规律,结果表明,TRIP钢在热轧阶段主要通过形变和相变两种方式进行晶粒细化,相变对晶粒的细化效果更明显;热处理过程中,TRIP钢中铁素体晶粒主要通过再结晶进行细化,冷却过程中在原生铁素体晶界析出的附生铁素体使铁素体晶粒尺寸变大,而单独形核的附生铁素体晶粒较细小,贝氏体主要通过再结晶和相变两种方式进行晶粒细化。
The grain refinement strengthening rule of high strength TRIP steel during hot roiling and heat treatment was researched. The results show that the grains of TRIP steel were mostly refined by deformation and phase transformation during hot rolling. The effect of phase transformation on grain refinement is more obviously. In heat treatment processing, ferrite grains were mostly refined by recrystallization, accessory fer- rite precipitated in boundary of primary ferrite could rise grain dimension, accessory ferrite precipitated sepa- rately could reduce grain dimension. Bainite grains were refined by recrystallization and phase transformation.
