摘要
介绍了首钢京唐1580mm热连轧生产线精轧区设备布置、精轧区温度设定模型及其关键算法。该精轧区温度模型计算区域划分细致,并考虑了带钢表面氧化铁皮、带钢相变及变形热的影响,现场生产表明,模型计算精度较高,带钢头部终轧温度已控制在±15℃偏差范围内,达到了设计指标要求。
The equipments layout in finishing rolling zone of Shougang Jingtang 1580mm hot continuous rolling lines, the temperature model for finishing rolling zone and key arithmetic were introduced. The calculated zones of temperature model for finishing rolling zone were divided detailed. Meanwhile, the oxide on the surface of strip, phase transformation heat of strip and deformation heat of strip were considered. The pratical production shows that the temperature model is more precise, the control deviation limit of finishing rolling temperature of the strip head is ±15℃. This precision has reached the design requirements.
