苯系物职业暴露人群心理健康状况初步分析

Analysis of Mental Health of Population Groups with Occupational Exposure to Benzene Series

目的了解皮革皮具企业接触苯系物职业人群的心理健康状况,为职业人群卫生防护提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,调查苯系物职业暴露人群1765名,调查内容包括个人基本情况和心理健康状况。结果不同企业规模工人在躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性和其他8个因子评分上存在差异(P<0.05),女性工人在人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对4个因子评分上高于男性工人(P<0.05),不同工龄工人在躯体化、抑郁、恐怖、精神病性4个因子评分上存在差异(P<0.05),不同年龄段工人在人际关系敏感、恐怖、偏执3个因子评分上存在差异(P<0.05),不同文化程度工人在人际关系敏感、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性5个因子评分上存在差异(P<0.05)。结论苯系物类有机溶剂对暴露人群的心理健康状况产生了不同程度的损害,卫生部门应积极开展职业卫生健康教育与健康促进活动,定期开展心理疏导,保护职业暴露人群的身心健康。

Objective To investigate the status of mental health of population groups with occupational exposure to benzene series in leather factory,and provide a scientific basis for the occupation health protection. Methods Stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate 1765 subjects who exposed to benzene series chemicals, the investigation content included basic personal information and mental health status. Results The differences in the somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression, hostility,phobia,paranoid ideation, psychiatric factors score were significance in workers from different scale enterprises （P 〈 0.05） ;the scores for interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and hostility in female workers was higher than male workers （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the scores for somatization, depression, phobia and psychotic was significant difference among the workers with differ- ent length of service（P 〈 0.05 ） ;the scores for interpersonal sensitivity, phobia and paranoid ideation was significant difference a- mong the workers with different ages （P 〈 0.05 ） ;the scores for interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, hostility, phobia and psychiatric factors was significant difference among the workers with different educational level （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The occupational exposure to Benzene series organic solvent has varying degrees of damage on the mental health status. The health departments should actively carry out occupation health education and health promotion activities, regularly carry out psychological counseling to protect the health of workers.
