在分析唐山市信息资源建设共建共享现状的基础上,探讨了构建唐山区域信息资源共享体系的必要性及坚持的原则,并从组织管理、文献资源建设、共享平台及服务模式建设、人才队伍建设五个层面研究了唐山市区域信息资源共享的实施策略。

This paper analyzes the present situation of co-construction and sharing of information resources of Tang Shan city,discusses the necessity and the principles of constructing co-construction and sharing system of regional document and information resources in Tang Shan city,and studies application strategy of information resources sharing from organizational management,the literature resources construction,service model construction and talent team Construction.
