摘要
针对工业加热炉大惯性、纯滞后、参数非线性等特点,以及传统PID控制器参数不易调节的特点,提出一种基于思维进化算法和模糊神经网络的加热炉炉温PID控制器参数自整定方法。并通过MATLAB进行仿真研究,仿真结果表明,使用该方法得到的炉温控制器可以获得较好的控制效果。
Aiming at the characteristics of industrial furnace that large inertia, pure time-delay, parameters nonlinear and traditional PID controller is not easy to adjust the parameters. The paper proposes a method of reheating furnace temperature PID controller parameters tuning based on MEA and fuzzy neural network. The result of simulation shows that the optima PID controller based on MEA can get a better performance.
