钢坯高温防氧化涂层的制备与性能 被引量:2

摘要 用冷涂的方法对普碳钢试样进行处理,制备了MgO-Al2O3-SiO2-Fe2O3体系高温防氧化涂层。通过对比涂覆样与空白样经历高温后的氧化程度,研究了涂层对普碳钢高温氧化行为的影响。结果表明:涂层有优良的防护性能,最佳厚度为0.3~0.5 mm,防护温度可达1300℃,防护时间可达2 h。原始涂层在升温过程中逐渐熔融铺展,但不流淌,与机体表面经轻微氧化形成的氧化膜反应生成复杂的氧化物,形成致密的熔融膜,有效抑制了氧气向金属的扩散,极大降低机体的氧化烧损,提高表面质量。 A MgO-Al2O3-SiO2-Fe2O3based high temperature anti oxidation coating was prepared on straight carbon steel by cold coating method. Through comparing the degree of oxidation of coated specimen and bare specimen after high temperature, the effect of the coating on high temperature oxidation behavior of straight carbon steel is investigated. The results showed that the coating has excellent protection performance. The optimal thickness is 0. 3 - 0.5 mm. The protection temperature can reach 1300 ℃, protective time up to 2h. The melted coating gradually spread at the process of temperature rise, but not flows. Complicated oxides can be formed by the reaction of oxide film due to slight oxidation with the component of coating. Then a compact coating smelted membrane is formed, which effectively blocks off the invasion of oxygen and protects the matrix from oxidation seriously.
