摘要
目的探讨冠心病监护单元(CCU)护士工作满意度与工作压力源的关系。方法采用明尼苏达满意度问卷、护士工作压力源量表对122名CCU护士进行问卷调查。结果 CCU护士总体工作满意度平均得分(56.42±9.13)分。工作压力源5个方面中压力Ⅱ(时间分配及工作量方面)得分最高、压力Ⅲ(工作环境及仪器设备方面)得分最小,压力Ⅰ(护理专业及工作方面)、压力Ⅱ、压力Ⅳ(患者护理方面)、压力Ⅴ(管理及人际关系方面)均与满意度呈负相关,P<0.01,P<0.05。多元线性回归分析显示CCU护士内在满意度的影响因素为压力Ⅱ和压力Ⅰ,外在满意度的影响因素为压力Ⅴ和压力Ⅰ,P<0.01。结论 CCU护理工作自身的特点和管理方面的压力与护士的工作满意度关系密切,是影响满意度的主要因素。
Objective To explore coronary heart disease monitoring unit(CCU)nurses job satisfaction and job stressors relationship.Methods The Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire,a nurse to work the pressure source scale of 122 CCU nurse questionnaire survey.Results CCU nurse overall job satisfaction is averaging 56.42±9.13.To work the pressure source five aspects of pressure Ⅱ(time allocation and workload)score the highest,pressure Ⅲ(work environment and instrument equipment)score minimum,the pressure Ⅰ(nursing professional and work),pressure Ⅱ,pressure Ⅳ(patient care),pressure Ⅴ(management and human relations)were negatively correlated with satisfaction,P0.01,P 0.05.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that CCU nurse inner satisfaction influence factors for pressure Ⅱ and pressure Ⅰ,external satisfaction influence factors for pressure Ⅴ and pressure Ⅰ,P0.01.Conclusion CCU nursing own characteristics and management of pressure and nurses'job satisfaction relations close,is the main factors of influence degree of satisfaction.
