冠心病的临床观察与护理对策

Clinical Observation and Nursing Countermeasures of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨冠心病的临床观察及护理对策。方法选取我院2011年6月1日至2011至12月31日收治的115例冠心病患者,回顾分析在采取药物治疗和综合护理方法后的临床效果和对护理工作的满意程度。结果显效31例、有效76例、无效8例(其中2例死亡),总有效率达93.04%。35例患者对护理工作非常满意,71例满意,9例不满意,满意率为92.17%。结论合理的药物治疗和有效的护理措施可以提高冠心病患者医嘱的依从性和治疗效果,使病情得到有效控制,减轻患者痛苦。

Objective Discussion on the clinical observation and nursing of coronary heart disease.Methods Select from June 1,2011 to December 31,2011,admitted in our hospital 115 cases of patients with coronary heart disease,retrospective analysis of the clinical effects of drug treatment and after care and satisfaction with care.Results The 31 patients were cured,76 cases improved,8 had no,2 patient died,and the total effective rate was 93.04%.The 35 patients were satisfied with nursing job,71 patients were basically satisfied,9 cases are not satisfied with,satisfaction rate is 92.17%.Conclusion The rational drug treatment and effective nursing measures can greatly improve the treatment compliance and effect of patients with coronary heart disease,to make the disease effectively controlled,alleviate the suffering of patients.
