关节镜手术联合口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝骨关节炎的近期疗效分析 被引量:5

Therapeutic Effect of Arthroscopic Surgery Combined with Oral Glucosamine Hydrochloride on Osteoarthritis of the Knee

摘要 目的探讨关节镜手术联合口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的近期临床疗效。方法选取2011年1月-12月具有关节镜手术指征的KOA患者86例,按手术顺序单双号分成两组,试验组(单号)行关节镜手术联合口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗,对照组(双号)行关节镜手术治疗。采用Lequesne指数对两组患膝术前,术后第4、6周进行评分及疗效分析。结果两组患膝术前与术后第4、6周Lequesne指数得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后近期疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜手术联合口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗KOA具有良好的近期疗效,优于单用关节镜手术治疗者。 Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of arthroscopic surgery combined with oral glucosamine hydrochloride capsules on osteoarthritis of the knee(KOA).Methods Between January and December 2011,eighty-six patients with KOA ready to undergo arthroscopic surgery were divided into experimental group(odd numbers) with arthroscopic surgery combined with oral glucosamine hydrochloride capsules and control group(even numbers) with arthroscopic surgery according to the odd and even numbers of the surgery order.The therapeutic effects were assessed before,and 4,6 weeks after surgery by Lequesne index scoring.Results The differences of the Lequesne index scores before,and 4,6 weeks after surgery in both groups were statistically significant(P0.05).The difference of recent postoperative efficacy between the two groups was also statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The short-term effect of arthroscopic surgery combined with oral glucosamine hydrochloride capsules was better than that of arthroscopic surgery in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
