主动脉夹层动脉瘤腔内隔离术后并发急性脊髓缺血损伤一例护理

摘要 1病例介绍 患者男,51岁。因＂反复胸痛1 d,高血压史10余年且未规律服用降压药＂于2011年4月急症收入我院心脏加护病房（CCU）治疗,诊断为：①主动脉夹层（B型）;②高血压Ⅱ级,极高危;③轻度贫血,中度低蛋白血症;④Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭。经抗感染、降压、控制心率及营养支持等对症支持治疗,
