α-SMA在肝包虫囊肿周围组织中的表达

Expressions of α-SMA in the surrounding tissues of hepatic hydatid cyst

目的探讨α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-smooth muscle actin;α-SMA)在肝包虫囊肿周围组织中的表达及与肝包虫囊肿病理过程的关系。方法采用免疫组化的方法检测α-平滑肌肌动蛋白在50例肝包虫囊肿中的表达。结果在肝包虫囊肿外膜及周围肝组织中α-平滑肌肌动蛋白出现阳性表达。结论α-平滑肌肌动蛋白在肝包虫囊肿的病理生长过程中起着重要作用。

To evaluate the function of α-SMA in the formation of surrounding tissues of hepatic hydatid cyst,the expression of that in surrounding tissues of hepatic hydatid cysts from 50 patients was detected by using immunohistochemical methods.A special delaminated expression was observed in the external-layer of hepatic hydatid cyst and the liver.Further proof that the pericystic layer of hepatic hydatid cyst delaminated into two layers and their formation mechanism was different,which suggests that alpha smooth muscle actin plays an important role in the nature of hepatic hydatid cyst.
