将减肥手术转化为2型糖尿病常规治疗:我们需要怎样的临床体系? 被引量:1

摘要 1中国糖尿病防治任务任重道远飞速发展的中国正面临一个严峻的健康挑战:糖尿病大爆发。据2007~2008年中华医学会糖尿病学分会"中国糖尿病和代谢综合征研究组"的调查[1]显示,我国20岁以上人群的糖尿病总体患病率已达9.7%,而糖尿病前期的患病率更是高达15.5%,据此可推算2008年我国糖尿病患病总人数已达9 240万,糖尿病前期人数已达1.48亿。
