摘要
采用无机盐硫酸钠、氯化钠、氯化钾作为熔剂,CaCO3、TiO2、H2SiO3、SiO2为原料,在高温液相条件下合成了榍石粉体。探讨了熔盐的种类、熔盐用量、合成温度及保温时间等因素对合成榍石的影响,并利用XRD、SEM等分析测试方法对样品制备过程的物相变化及显微结构进行分析表征。研究结果表明,用CaCO3、TiO2、H2SiO3为初始原料,Na2SO4熔盐为熔剂时,在1000℃热处理3 h可得到纯度和结晶度较高的榍石(CaTiSiO5)粉体。
The sphene powder was prepared under liquid condition using inorganic salts sodium sulfate,sodium chloride,potassium chloride as a flux,CaCO3 of TiO2,H2SiO3 and SiO2 as raw materials.The factors consists of the types of molten salt,molten salt consumption,synthesis temperature and holding time were discussed.The phase transformation and microstructure of the sphene sample preparation process were characterized using XRD,SEM and other analysis and testing.The results show that the high quality sphene(CaTiSiO5) powder can be obtained with CaCO3,TiO2,H2SiO3 as initial raw materials,Na2SO4 molten salt as a flux,heat treatment at 1000 ℃ for 3 h.
