激光治疗甲真菌病新进展 被引量:1

摘要 甲真菌病是真菌感染甲板及甲下组织所致的病变,当前常用的治疗方法包括口服、外用抗真菌药物以及手术或化学拔甲术等,但上述方法均存在一定的不足。近年来,医学激光技术发展迅猛,多种激光设备已被批准用于甲真菌病的治疗,效果肯定,且安全性良好。本文为Nd∶YAG激光等治疗甲真菌病的临床研究进展的综述,文中并指出该领域当前亟待解决的问题。 Onychomycosis is a fungal infection of nail plate or nail bed.The conventional therapeutic options for the disease include application of systemic and topical antifungal agents,mechanical or chemical debridement and so on.With the rapid development of medical laser techniques,several safe laser devices with good effect have been approved for treating onychomycosis.In this article,clinical advances in treating onychomycosis with laser are reviewed,especially with 1064nm Nd∶ YAG laser.The problems to be resolved in this field are also pointed out.
