摘要 1病例资料患者男，68岁，因“右下颌部肿物10余年加重4个月”就诊。患者10余年前右下颌出现1个米粒大小类侧形的黑色肿物，增大缓慢，无痒痛不适，术曾诊治。4月前开始发现黑色肿物表面破溃，中央逐渐长出淡黄色疣状赘生物，一直不愈，
