对象连接与嵌入技术在简化性病疫情分析报告中的应用

Application of Technology of Object Linking and Embedding in STD Epidemic Report

目的:应用对象连接与嵌入技术简化性病疫情报告工作,提高效率。方法:将已经设定自动计算功能的EXCEL表格作为目标连接并嵌入到WORD文档中,只要每次替换原始数据,整个表格就可完成计算并且不必调整表格的位置及形式,文中文字部分只要根据表格内计算结果进行适当调整即可完成报告写作。结果:制作一篇完整的疫情三间分布总结可由原来使用1～2天时间缩减为半天时间。结论:对象连接与嵌入技术可减少数据计算及表格调整等重复劳动,节约时间,大大提高效率,值得大力推广应用。

Objective：To use technology of Object Linking and Embedding to simplify STD epidemic report work and improve efficiency. Methods：Automatic calculated excel tables were embedded into WORD document as targets, and the entire table could complete calculations as long as the original data was replaced each time without adjustment of position and form. Report could be finished as long as the text in the document was appropriately adjusted according to the results in EXCEL table. Results：Application of the Object Linking and Embedding technology could be mastered as long as we know the basic knowledge of WORD and EXCEL, and the time to finish the whole report reduced to only half a day from originally 1 - 2 days. Conclusion： Object Linking and Embedding technology can reduce such duplicate work as data calculation and form adjust- ment. It helps us save time and greatly improve the efficiency, and it is worthy of promotion.
