烧伤湿润暴露疗法治疗面颈部Ⅱ度烧烫伤的临床体会

Clinical Experience of MEBT/MEBO in Treating Face and Neck Burns and Scalds ofⅡDegree

目的探讨湿润暴露疗法(MEBT/MEBO)在面颈部Ⅱ度烧烫伤治疗中的临床疗效。方法对比分析153例面颈部Ⅱ度烧烫伤患者使用湿润暴露疗法治疗(MEBO组)的临床效果与82例应用传统治疗方法治疗(对照组)的临床疗效。结果 153例应用湿润暴露疗法治疗的患者在创面止痛、愈合时间、防止瘢痕增生等方面明显优于采用传统疗法治疗的患者。结论湿润暴露疗法及其配套产品湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)在治疗面颈部Ⅱ度烧烫伤创面时,止痛、抗感染、改善微循环及抑制成纤维细胞增生,防止愈后瘢痕形成等方面疗效明确。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Moist Exposed Burn Therapy and Moist Exposed Burn Ointment （MEBT/ MEBO） in the treatment of Ⅱ degree burns and scalds at face and neck. Methods Analyze and com-pare the clinical efficacies of 153 burned and scalded patients treated with MEBT/ MEBO （MEBO group） and 82 such pa-tients treated with traditional treatment （control group）. Results the 153 patients in MEBO group achieved obviously bet-ter treatment effects compared with the control group in terms of pain relieving, healing time, prevention of scar hyperplasia and etc. . Conclusion MEBT and its matching product MEBO have definite efficacy in relieving pain, countering infec-tion, improving microcirculation, inhibiting fibroblast hyperplasia, preventing scar formation after wound healing and etc. as treating Ⅱ degree burns and scalds of face and neck.
