Effects of MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing on the Wound Healing of Pediatric Donor Sites of Intermediate Split-thickness Graft

目的观察创疡贴对小儿中厚皮供区创面愈合过程的影响。方法将60例小儿中厚皮供区创面随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例,观察供皮区创面的愈合时间、创面疼痛程度、术后舒适感。结果在外用创疡贴的湿润环境下小儿中厚皮供区创面愈合时间明显缩短,疼痛轻,有舒适感。结论创疡贴有利于小儿中厚皮供区创面的愈合,疼痛轻微、安全有效。

Objective To observe the effects of EBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing on the healing process of pediatric donor sites of intermediate split-thickness graft. Methods A total of 60 pediatric patients with wounds at the intermediate split-thickness graft donor sites were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, and 30 patients in each group. The healing time, pain scale and comfortable sensation were observed. Results Under the moist environment created by applying MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing externally, the healing time was obviously shortened, and the pain was mild and tolerable. Conclusion MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing can alleviate the pain and promote the wound healing of pedi-atric intermediate split-thickness graft donor sites, and also it is safe and effective.
