[动态]当皮肤或其他组织受伤后，ATP从损伤细胞中泄漏出来被转化为腺苷以促进伤口愈合。伤口愈合后如果损伤处继续产生腺苷就会形成瘢痕，导致损伤处出现本不该出现的更大更厚的瘢痕。刺激A2A型腺苷受体促进创伤愈合，是在硬皮病和肝硬化老鼠模型中形成纤维化所必需的。
