产后宫腔残留并子宫动静脉瘘1例 被引量：2

摘要 1临床资料 患者28岁，孕1产0，因“停经40周，胎儿宫内窘迫（羊水型）”于2012年2月23日行低位产钳助娩1活女婴，体质量3300g，评10分，三程后子宫收缩差，产时出血量约800mL，产后24h出血量约1000mL。产后复查血常规，
