精液中一氧化氮含量对精子顶体内透明质酸酶的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨精液中一氧化氮(N0)含量对精子顶体内透明质酸酶的影响。方法:采用伟力彩色精子质量检测系统,对精液进行常规检查;硝酸还原酶法测定不育组和对照组精液中NO的含量;自制试剂盒检测不育组和对照组的透明质酸酶阳性率和活性强度情况。结果:不育组精液中NO比对照组精液中NO含量高;不育组透明质酸酶阳性率和活性强度均较对照组低;NO含量与透明质酸酶阳性率及透明质酸酶活性强度呈负相关(r=-0.94)。结论:随着NO含量增高,透明质酸酶阳性率及活性强度明显下降,表明精液中NO含量异常增高对精子顶体内透明质酸酶活性强度有抑制作用。 Objective: To explore the effect of NO concentration in semen on the acrosomal hyaluronidase. Methods: The semen's routine examination was done by Weili sperm mass detection system; To all specimens, NO concentration was tested by nitric oxide reductase. Selbmade kit was used to detect the positive rate and activity of the hyaluronidase. Results: NO concentration of the infertile group in semen was higher than that in the control group. The positive rate and activity of the hy- aluronidase in the fertile group were both lower than those in the control group (r=-0.94). Conclusion: With an increase in NO concentration, the hyaluronidase positive rate and activity decreased significantly, indicating that the abnormal increase of NO concentration in semen can inhibit sperm hyaluronidase activity in acrosome.
