摘要
本文对白菜型油菜黄籽外显率(千粒外显率、百株外显率和重量百分比) 与脂肪酸、氨基酸含量进行了系统的相关分析.结果表明,黄籽外显率与饼粕中16种氨基酸含量都呈正相关,但对其组成影响较小;与芥酸呈正相关;与其他6种脂肪酸呈负相关,有的达显著或极显著水平,对脂肪酸组成影响较大,特别是油酸和芥酸.在黄籽外显率的三个指标中,起主要作用的是百株外显率.
Single and canonical correlation between yellow-seed percentage andamino-acid centent of rapeseed cake. fatty-acid composition were studied. The re-sults were as follows: The yellow-seed percentage had positive correlation withall of amino acids, and erucic acid, but negative correlation to the other fattyacids, and had a significant effect on fatty-acid composition too. The canonicalvariable analysis indicated that the yellow-seed plant percentage, one of the indexesof the yellow-seed percentage, played an important role in quality breeding ofBrassica Campestris L.
