澳大利亚《学前教育及儿童保育国家质量框架》的产生、内容与特点

Review on the Australian National Quality Framework for Early childhood Education and Care

为了保证学前教育和儿童保育的质量,2012年1月1日,澳大利亚制定并实施了《学前教育及儿童保育国家质量框架》。该框架包括《国家教育和保育法》与《国家教育和保育条例》、《国家质量标准》、评估和评价系统、各州与领地的监管机构及全国性监管机构。澳大利亚基于广泛的研究基础提出的《学前教育及儿童保育国家质量框架》具有国家主义倾向,基本形成了保教一体化格局,建立了完整、可操作的早期保教质量保证系统,体现了立足市场调节、提高保教质量的基本政策选择。

On January 1, 2012 the Australian National Quality Framework, which is the Australian Government＇s biggest reform agenda for early childhood education and care, was formally implemented. This article described the background, the main content and features of the National Quality Framework in order to bring some inspiration to improve the quality of early childhood education and care in China.
