教师流动已成为当代幼儿园教师专业发展领域中一个值得研究的课题。目前有关幼儿园教师流动的研究主要集中在幼儿园教师的失衡流动与影响因素两个方面。研究者普遍认为,幼儿园教师的流动高于其他阶段的教师流动,处于失衡状态。引发失衡流动的影响因素既有外部的客观因素,也有内部的主观因素。未来的相关研究应在研究方法、研究内容与研究重点方面进行拓展与创新,并应着力探寻切实有效的途径,使幼儿园教师流动保持在正常水平,从而确保幼儿园教师队伍的稳定性。

The turnover of teachers has been a valuable topic in present research iield of teachers professional development. The turnover of kindergarten teachers is unbalanced and higher than that of teachers of other educational phases. The influence factors include subjective factors and objective factors. In future, we should pay attention to the innovating about the methods, contents, and key points of the research.
