芪苈强心胶囊治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床研究

Qiliqiangxin capsule in treatment of congestive heart failure

目的观察芪苈强心胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗充血性心力衰竭（CHF）的临床疗效。方法将78例CHF患者随机分为研究组和对照组，对照组给予内科常规抗心衰治疗，并加服曲关他嗪，剂量20mg／次，3次／d；研究组在对照组的基础上接受芪苈强心胶囊1．2/次，3次／d，治疗12周。观察两组左心室射血分数（LVEF）、左心室舒张末期容积（LVEDV）、左心室收缩末期容积（LVESV）、每搏量（sv）、心排血量（co）以及心功能变化。结果治疗后与治疗前相比，研究组左心室射血分数、左心室舒张末期容积、左心室收缩末期容积、每搏量、心排血量均有显著改善（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）；研究组总有效率为94．7％，与对照组（65．O％）比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗CHF疗效好，副作用少，是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of qiliqiangxin capsule combined with trimetaz- idine in treating congestive heart failure （CHF）. Methods Seventy-eight patients with CHF were ran- domly divided into experimental group and control group, all patients were given conventional medical treatment. The control group plus service culture trimetazidine, the dose of 20 rag, 3 times a day; Exper- imental group were given qiliqiangxin capsule 1.2 g orally 3 times a day for 12 weeks. The changes of left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） , left ventricular end of diastolic volume （LVEDV）, left ventricular end of systolic volume （ LVESV）, stroke volume （ SV）, cardiac output （CO） and cardiac function （ NY- HA） were observed. Results The improvements of left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end of diastolic volume, left ventricular end of systolic volume, cardiac output and stroke volume after treat- ment in the treatment group were significant （ P 〈 O. 01 or P 〈 O. 05 ）. The difference of total effective rate between the experimental group（94.7% ） and the control group（65.0% ） was also significant （ P 〈 O. O1 ）. Side effects were both not found in the two groups. Conclusions The effect of qiliqiangxin cap- sule combined with trimetazidine in treating congestive heart failure is satisfactory. It has few adverse effects. It is safe and effective for congesitive heart failure.
