摘要
宜兴市文化中心大剧院工程地质情况较复杂,主舞台位于基坑内部,大地下室基坑采用重力式深层搅拌桩挡土墙+喷锚放坡相结合的形式,主舞台基坑采用钻孔灌注桩+内支撑相结合支护体系及钻孔灌注桩+旋喷扩大头锚索相结合支护体系两种形式,桩间及桩外侧采用高压旋喷桩作止水帷幕,以解决基坑地下水的影响。施工过程中经历了多场大雨的考验,基坑整体支护工况完好,确保了地下室工程施工的顺利进行,达到了预期的目的和效果。
In the Yixing Cultural Center Grand Theater Project, the geological condition is complicated and the main stage is arranged in the foundation pit. Influences of underground water on foundation pit are successfully solved by adopting gravity-type deep mixing pile breast wall plus spraying anchor sloping in the foundation pit of large basement, bored filling pile plus internal supporting system and bored filling pile plus rotary spraying expanded-head anchor supporting system in the main stage foundation pit, as well as high- pressure rotary spraying piles among piles and at exterior of piles as water stop curtain. There were several rainfalls during construction, the overall foundation pit supporting is stable, successfully ensuring the smooth construction of basement works and realizing the expected aims and effects.
