摘要 北京奥林匹克公园瞭望塔工程为高耸钢结构,为加强塔身主要受力构件——钢管柱,采用提高钢管内部混凝土强度和浇筑高度的方法来抵抗结构荷载。本工程钢管混凝土柱浇筑采用分段抛落法工艺,利用浇筑过程中高处下抛时产生的动能来实现自流平并充满钢管柱的施工方法。并采用了免振捣的自密实高强高性能混凝土,减小了混凝土收缩量,保证了钢管与混凝土之间可靠粘结,确保了混凝土的浇筑质量。 The Watch Tower Project in Beijing Olympic Park is a high-rise steel structure. In order to strengthen the steel tube column which is main force bearing member of the tower body, the strength of internal concrete is improved and concrete pouring height is increased to resist the structural load. During construction of steel tube concrete column, the concrete is poured in segments by high dropping method, which utilizes the kinetic energy generated by dropping from a high level during pouring to realize sell'flattening and fill the steel tube column. Vibration'free self-compacting high strength concrete is used to reduce concrete shrinkage, ensure reliable bonding between steel tube and concrete and guarantee concrete pouring quality.
